Mechanically recovered artwork

A sneak preview of the CD artwork for the new Lonely Tourist album:

Boneless lean illustration trimmings. These consist of finely ground illustration scraps, sinew, fat, and connective tissue which have been mechanically removed in a heated centrifuge from the fat into liquid fat and print-ready artwork.

Prior to the invention of the photocopying process, illustration scraps could only be sold as pet food or as an ingredient for cooking oil.
