Emily Mitchell's imagined postcard

The last of the imagined postcards are arriving in my inbox, and while they do so you're welcome to peer at the correspondence I had with Emily Mitchell. The original postcard I described (top) was of "The German Military Underground Hospital, Jersey. A long Corridor". Emily responded to my description of it by making and sending the image below, which I shall also have to imagine as the card was swallowed up somewhere between there and here. Wasn't expecting that particular twist.
